Registration Procedure:
You already have been offered a seat and the International Relations Office forwarded the final “ Letter Of Acceptance” to your attention.
The ‘Acceptance Letter’ can be used to obtain the ‘Education Visa’ at the closest Turkish Embassy or Consulate from the student’s home/residency
country.
Once the ‘Education Visa’ is granted, (ignore if visa is not required) please proceed registration at the International Relations Office on Biruni University
Campus, by providing the following original documents all in ORIGINAL:
Original High School Diploma (translation if not in English or Turkish)
Original High School Transcript (translation if not In English or Turkish)
Original Passport
Tuition fee bank receipt (advanced payment)
Passport size Photos (2 only is sufficient)
if available, a certified copy of an English proficiency test (TOEFL, BIRUNI-EET/IMS…)
Details of identity (for Blue Card Holders)
English Language Test (for students not holding a TOEFL and other valid test results)
As the registration is completed the computer system will assign you a date for the English test.
Only registered students can take EET/IMS. The test can only be taken once.
For students below the age of 18:
Please see the additional documentation below which will be required for students below the age of 18.
Consent Letter + Birth Certificate (Only for the applicants under 18 – Translated & Notarized)*
