Değerli öğrencilerimiz,
ERASMUS+ KA131 2023 Proje Dönemi Öğrenci Staj Hareketliliği Başvuru Sonuçları listesine aşağıdaki linkten ulaşabilirsiniz: Sonuç Listesi

Devam edecek süreçler için Bilgilendirme Toplantıları düzenlenecektir. Toplantı tarihleri için ofisimiz tarafından ayrıca mail iletilecektir.
Başvuru değerlendirme kriterleri puan sıralamasına göre sonuç duyurusunda mevcuttur.
Üniversitemize tahsis edilen 2023 Proje Dönemi Erasmus+ Staj Hareketliliği bütçesi dahilinde, 29 Ocak – 19 Şubat 2024 tarihleri arasında geçerli başvuruda bulunan öğrencilerimiz “Kabul (hibeli)” veya “Kabul (hibe adayı)” olarak yerleştirilmiştir.
Hibeli olarak hareketliliğe hak kazanan öğrencilerin hareketliliğinin iptal olması durumunda ilgili hibe Erasmus Skoruna göre en yüksek puandan başlayacak şekilde hibe adayı öğrencilere devreder.
Staj faaliyetinizin duyuruda belirtildiği üzere en az 60 gün olması ve en geç 31 Temmuz 2025 tarihine kadar gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir.
Başvuru tarihleri içerisinde online başvurularını tamamlamamış ve/veya geçerli bir kabul mektubu sunmamış olan öğrencilerin başvuruları, başvuru duyurusunda açıkça belirtilmiş kuralar gereği değerlendirme dışı bırakılmıştır.
Duyuruda belirtildiği üzere, bütçe kısıtı nedeniyle;
– Kabul (hibeli) olarak yerleşen öğrencilerimize en fazla 2 aylık hibe tahsis edilmiştir
– Bu seçim sürecinde 9 kişilik staj hareketliliği hibesi aşağıdaki şekilde farklı öğrenim kademeleri için farklı miktarlarda tahsis edilmiştir;
• 7 kişilik hibe önlisans/lisans kademesindeki öğrenciler için,
• 2 kişilik hibe yüksek lisans/doktora kademesindeki öğrenciler için tahsis edilecektir.
Sonuçlar önlisans/lisans ve yüksek lisans/doktora kademesindeki öğrenciler için iki ayrı tabloda duyurulmaktadır.
ÖNEMLİ: Yerleştirme listelerine göre hareketlilik hakkından feragat etmek isteyen öğrencilerimizin en geç 2 Nisan 2024 saat 15:00’a kadar nihai kararını ofisimize bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Feragat dilekçesini bu tarihe kadar iletmeyen öğrencilerin sonraki Erasmus+ çağrıları için yapacakları başvurularından 10 puan kesilecektir.
Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 2 Nisan 2024 tarihine kadar Erasmus Birimi’ne bir dilekçe yazarak e-mail yoluya erasmus@biruni.edu.tr adresine başvurabilirler. Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itirazların tamamlanmasının ardından mevcut sonuç listesinin değişebileceğini bildirmek isteriz. Listelerin güncellenmesi durumunda sıralamasında değişiklik olan öğrencimiz en kısa sürede ofisimiz tarafından bilgilendirilecektir.

2023 KA131 Erasmus+ Student Traineeship Mobility Application Results
Dear Students,

Information Meetings for ongoing processes will be organized in the followinf weeks and the meeting dates will be shared separately by our office via email.
The evaluation criteria for applications are available in the result announcement according to the score ranking.
Within the budget allocated to our university for the 2023 Project Period ERASMUS+ Internship Mobility, students who completed their online applications between January 29th and February 19th, 2024, have been placed as “Accepted (with grant)” or “Accepted (grant candidate)”.
If a student’s mobility (with grant) is cancelled, the grant allocated to them will be redirected towards the next eligible candidate, based on their Erasmus Score.
As stated in the announcement, your internship activity must be at least 60 days and must be completed by July 31st, 2025, at the latest.
The application of those students who did not complete their online applications and/or did not submit a valid acceptance letter within the application dates were rejected according to the rules that were clearly stated in the application call.
As stated in the announcement, due to budget constraints;
– Students placed as “Accepted (with grant)” have been allocated a maximum of 2 months of grant
– In this selection process, a grant for mobility consisting of 9 students has been allocated in different numbers for different levels of education as follows;
• 7 Associate Degree/ Bachelor Degree Students,
• 2 Master’s/ PhD Students.
Results are announced in separate tables for associate degree/undergraduate and postgraduate students.
IMPORTANT: Students who would like to withdraw from the Erasmus Traineeship program according to the placement lists must inform our office of their final decision by April 2nd, 2024, at 15:00 at the latest. Withdrawals after this date will result in 10 point deduction in the future application of the student.
Students who would like to object to selection results should submit a petition to the Erasmus Unit via email to erasmus@biruni.edu.tr by April 2nd, 2024. We want to let you know that the current result list is subject to change due to ongoing objections against the placement results. In case of any updates to the lists, we will notify the students whose rankings have changed as soon as possible.
