2022 KA131 Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility
Dear Students,
2022 KA131 Erasmus+ Internship Mobility applications will start on February 7 – March 7 and the deadline for the final acceptance letter is March 14. This declaration covers project 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000052529. Applications are made in person on the online platform at https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/
We will not be able to accept the application in person by coming to the post or office for our project. In order for your application to take place and to be assessed, you must first read the ad and apply accordingly. Your application through the system requires you to load all documents fully and will be invalidated when missing, incorrect, or out of date documents are taken into the assessment process. The purpose of this announcement is to give students who want to apply additional time to investigate the pre-announcement letter of acceptance. Your internship activity must be at least 60 days.

Appeals Process
ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE ERASMUS EXCHANGE PROGRAM
5.1.6 Student lists eligible to become Erasmus+ students are announced at biruni.edu.tr and intbiruni.edu.tr. In 3 business days following the announcement of the appeal process for the relevant sorting and placement, the Erasmus Institution Coordination is carried out in person. The objections are evaluated by passing them to the respective project election commission. The appeal result is communicated to the student personally, via email and other communication tools at the latest within 7 business days following the date of the appeal. The objection-complaint cycle contained here will be included in each application post this change in the procedural principles.
Waiver petitions: 20 – 24 March 2023 ( Students who wish to waive from the original list should submit their waiver requests to the Director of International Relations in person, and students who do not waive the dates specified in the main list will be considered as negative points from their next application if they waive after these dates. )
Since the application process will be conducted online, you can check by sending your documents to erasmus@biruni.edu.tr before uploading them to the system. Incomplete, erroneous, or non-current documents in applications will be invalidated when taken into the evaluation process. Beneficiaries who have not completed their application by the last step will also be invalidated.
